Affirmations can be an immensely powerful method for reprogramming your subconscious mind if they are done while in the appropriate mindset. In order to ensure that they are optimally effective, you must first prime your brain to be open to receiving them.

It is strongly recommended that you listen to these affirmations AFTER your evening meditation. Your evening meditation should be used to clear you mind of all the clutter of the days activities and place it into an optimal state of receivership. There are a lot of good sleep meditations available on YouTube, but in my personal experience the Sleep Meditation from Dr. Joe Dispenza is the absolute best.
