A Message for the Messengers

Throughout the last several months, as I’ve been attempting to remain consistent with providing content on this blog, I’ve had this nagging thought in the back of my mind – what am I really contributing here that is beneficial and original?  There are dozens of very influential people who are writing on the topics I cover, and they’ve been spreading their messages for several decades in some cases.

I was listening to a podcast conducted by Brian Scott, author of The Reality Revolution, where he was discussing the much-anticipated global awakening.  In it, he talks about a consciousness shift that will essentially split our Earth into two parallel realities.  Those that had raised their vibration and frequency would ascend to a higher dimension and become invisible to those who had been left behind.  I’ve included a link to the podcast below and I strongly encourage you to listen.  As I was listening, it occurred to me that in order to successfully accomplish an ascension on a global scale, it would required hundreds, if not thousands, of people to spread the message and plant the seeds of higher consciousness in others.  It became clear to me in that moment that I could choose to be one voice among hundreds of others trying to cultivate the fields of higher consciousness, or I could simply be a spectator.

Whether I’m ready or not, I’m choosing to press forward with this project.  I’m going to learn and grow along-side everyone else who is choosing the same path, and hopefully I will be able to contribute effectively to our ascension.  If you are thinking about doing the same, I strongly encourage you to do so.  We may not be perfect, or feel we are ready, but if we don’t take the plunge, we will never be ready.  The more of us there are, the more effective and impactful the message will be.  Thank you for joining me in this journey, and I look forward to continuing down the path towards enlightenment with you.
